01 Scope
If the work goes ahead, the scope, deliverables and timelines are set out in a proposal or statement of work, as our Terms of Service explain.

02 Delivery
No hand-offs to juniors. Plain answers: if something can't be done reliably, we'll say so.

03 Handover
Ownership is set out in your agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, bespoke work transfers to you on full payment, and our own pre-existing tools and know-how stay with us, as our Terms of Service explain.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the work. Fees, rates and payment terms are set out in the proposal or statement of work for each engagement.
Is our data used to train AI models?
That depends on the AI services a system uses and how they're configured. Raise it in your enquiry and we'll talk it through with you, so the decision is yours.
