IT support
Help when technology gets in the way.
IT support for the everyday systems your team relies on. We learn how your setup works, help with the problems that get in the way, and look at what would stop them coming back.
What to bring to us
IT support starts with the problems your team actually has. Typical starting points:
- the same small problems cost your staff time every week
- devices, accounts and passwords have grown without a plan, and nobody has the full picture
- there's no IT person, so problems land on whoever is least busy
- something important has never been checked, and you'd like to know where you stand
How it starts
You send an enquiry with a few lines about what's going wrong. We contact you to discuss it, including what you run today and what's getting in the way.
If the work goes ahead, what's covered is set out in a proposal or statement of work, as our Terms of Service explain.
Reliability is part of support
Good support is not only fixing what breaks. It also means noticing early when something is off. We can talk through which checks would suit your systems, and who should hear about the exceptions.
Questions
What should we include in our enquiry?
A few lines on what's going wrong or what you want to change, and roughly how many people it affects. Please don't include passwords or other confidential details.
Do we need a contract to get help?
Any work is set out in a proposal or statement of work, as our Terms of Service explain. Tell us in your enquiry what kind of help you're looking for.
Will you need access to our systems?
Usually, yes: support work needs access to the systems involved. What access is given is your decision, and we'll discuss it with you.
Tell us what keeps going wrong.
A few lines is enough. We'll contact you to discuss the next steps.
